As DEHA METALLURGY METAL INDUSTRY AND FOREIGN TRADE LIMITED COMPANY, all necessary procedures regarding the protection of personal data are meticulously carried out under the PDP. Within this duty, we give great importance to the processing, recording, transferring, sharing, and storing of any kind of personal data we obtain during our operations related to visitors, employees within the company, and others who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (‘’PDPL’’).

Concerning your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law and our obligation to inform under PDPL article 10:
 

  • DATA CONTROLLER :

 Your personal data may be processed by DEHA METALLURGY METAL STEEL INDUSTRY AND FOREIGN TRADE LIMITED COMPANY as the data controller, within the scope explained below under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
 

  • PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA :

The purpose of collecting personal data: Within the framework of the Turkish Commercial Code and the Labor Law No. 4857 and legislation related to commercial sales, ensuring the smooth execution of your job applications, orders, purchase, payment, and delivery stages, accurately and completely recording the identity, address, and other necessary information for identifying the job applicant, user, or site visitor; organizing all records and documents, including contracts that will be the basis for processing in electronic or paper environment; complying with information storage, reporting, and informing obligations as foreseen by legislation, related administration, and institutions and other authorities; providing other requested products and services and fulfilling what is required by our commercial relationship in accordance with the relevant legislation.

 Our company collects personal data in accordance with PDPL through the channels listed below, verbally, in writing, or electronically, and processes it within the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in PDPL Articles 5 and 6. Your personal data is obtained by wholly or partly automated means or, provided that it is part of a data filing system, by non-automated means.
 

  • -Through order forms published in written or electronic media,
  • -By creating a personnel file for employees,
  • -Through correspondence carried out via email addresses, sent SMS, and multimedia messages, including information forms and other communication methods,
  • -Through personal data transmitted to us by suppliers and business partners verbally, physically, or via electronic media,
  • -By taking the physical or electronic images of visitors, business partners, employees, and employers through cameras placed to ensure security in company buildings.
     
  • PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA :

Identity Information : Name, surname, Turkish ID number, date of birth, place of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, ID card/driving license copy

Contact Information   : Email address, phone number, and address

Special Personal Information: Religion and blood type on ID card/driving license copy, criminal record, health report

Financial Information : Bank account details

Visual and Audio Data : Photos belonging to real persons, security camera recordings

 

  • PERSONS AND INSTITUTIONS TO WHICH PERSONAL DATA CAN BE TRANSFERRED :

 Your personal data can be shared within the scope of the company's activities, with accountants and auditors contracted by our company, third parties providing technology services, occupational health and safety experts, institutions with which our company has commercial and contractual relationships, and banks.
 

  • YOUR RIGHTS UNDER PDPL :

The Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the PDPL

In this context, personal data owners;

  • -Have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed,
  • -Request information if their personal data has been processed,
  • -Learn the purpose of data processing and whether this data is being processed in accordance with its purpose,
  • -Know third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • -Request the correction of their personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request the notification of the transaction carried out within this context to third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred,
  • -Request the deletion or destruction of personal data despite being processed in accordance with the PDPL and relevant other laws if the reasons for its processing cease to exist, and request the notification of the transaction carried out within this context to third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred,
  • -Object to any result against them arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • -Request compensation for the damage in case of any damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
